Once you have done a booking, it will be considered as you have read the terms and conditions associated with your tour. Kindly go through with the terms and conditions in detail before availing of your booking. We reserve the right to change/ amend any policy, at any time, keeping in view the circumstances.
1. PRICING AND RATES
Our policy is the assurance of regulatory valuing, besides the accommodation and reservation of pick-up spots on the web. The cost plan quoted for the tour package or product, on our website is calculated per individual / per person / Item. These costs do not include any sort of tip for crew workers/staff and drivers. The rates mentioned on our website might be changed without any prior notification. This increase or decrease will only be made when the fuel prices, labor rates, lodging rates, or any transport rate are affected economically.
2. MODE OF PAYMENT
At the time of pickup, the customer has to pay in full in cash. Customers can also use to pay by credit card – Visa or Mastercard online using our secure payment page.
3. CONFIRMATION
When you reserve with us, our tour staff will revert back to you with a confirmation e- mail. You are requested to go through the plan offered to you, as our staff offers the best match plan according to the season.
4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
4.1 Cancellation
• In case of any cancellation, charges may be applied.
• No charges will be applied in case of changing or revising the plan before 24 hrs.
• In case of changing or cancellation of tour within 24 hrs, 50% charges will be deducted.
• In case of changing, making amendments, or cancellation of the tour a few hours before 100% charges will be deducted. And no cash will be returned.
4.2 No Show
If you don’t show up for the tour, then all discounts offered will result in cancellation and cannot be utilized next time. In case of rescheduling, it will be considered your confirmed visit.
5. CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
Before going for any cancellation, we suggest you read carefully the cancellation rules and regulations that apply to your selected Safari tour. In order to cancel full or any of the booked activity, make sure you notify Safari Red Sea about it, otherwise, it will be considered as your last finalized booking with us. As you generate a request for cancellation we will revert back to you via e-mail or phone call giving confirmation that we have acknowledged your request and also if any charges are applied on cancellation. Safari Red Sea is not responsible for any charges made against cancellation or that which has not been confirmed by us.
6. ITINERARY ALTERATIONS
Direction-finding and instructions secured in your package are liable to change captivating into account neighboring/weather conditions, road direction plans, and other things related to it. If case of any ambiguity you can directly contact management in order to give you the best alternative depending on availability. Paradise Island Hurghada reserves complete rights to execute slight changes/ adjustments in schedule whenever it is required, without any refund associated with it. Further, no compensation would be paid for the incident of any natural disasters, like floods and earthquakes.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Paradise Island Hurghada is not responsible for any incident or any damages as a result of any accident, sickness, damage, or loss of individual belongings or even the withdrawal of the tour. It is highly suggested that the Traveler must go through a travel protection policy to handle unexpected incidents.

All material on this site only belongs to Paradise Island Hurghada, including its logo, images, data provided on the tour packages, evaluating points of interest, and other important delicate components, entirely belonging to Paradise Island Hurghada. You agree not to abuse this site or any material for any non-individual, business, or illegal purposes.
